Política de envío

  • For perishable products, All Hawaii orders are shipped on Monday - Thursday and should arrive the next day barring shipping issues. At this time, only shipments to Hawaii are being accepted. Mahalo for your understanding.

  • We ship using FedEx Priority Overnight service or equivalent for perishable orders, and USPS flat rate or equivalent for non-perishable orders.

  • Our responsibility lasts up to the departure of our products from our farm. If delivery is delayed and/or missed for reasons out of our control, we will not send a free re-shipment. Partial refunds may be available if we can make a successful claim with Courier. We are not responsible for order errors such as an incorrect delivery address. Please double check the delivery address at checkout.

  • We will protect perishable shipments by placing them in insulated coolers with gel ice. We will not be responsible for orders left at customer's front doors and confirmed as delivered by the carrier. For perishable products, we will not be responsible for their freshness after delivery.
